Who ever thought the hero of Starling City would become “Public Enemy” number one? Thanks to Ra’s al Ghul, the police scour the city in a hunt for the Arrow and anybody that would help him. The Heir to the Demon sets Oliver up to be captured and even reveals his true identity to Captain Lance. Meanwhile, Felicity helps Ray heal from a potentially deadly wound with nano technology and we find out that Shado’s sister wants to know where her father and sister are.
