Oliver is desperate to get back his son William, who has been “Taken” by Damien Darhk. And his demands are simple; drop out of the election and let him take over Star City. As powerful (and magical) as Darhk is, Oliver decides to enlist his friend Vixen, a powerful hero form Detroit that can channel the spirits of animals.
