That’s why she breaks him out of jail with her recently controllable teleportation powers. Flash needs to find a way to stop someone that can move somewhere even faster than him. And Cisco isn’t giving up the search for Ronnie Raymond. And he’s willing to accept help from Hartley Rathaway to find him. Trusting the Pied Piper is never a good idea.
