Now that Tobias Church is dead, Star City needs a new villain. “So it Begins”, as Prometheus begins a killing spree that doesn’t provide many clues for Oliver to use to easily track this new menace. Felicity helps a little as she adds ‘stealing official police evidence from her boyfriend’s desk’ to her list of crimes. But luckily it gives them what they’re looking for. Prometheus is sending a message to Green Arrow about his questionable hero ethics. Plus, Oliver’s first mission for the Bratva ends poorly as he is greeted face to face with the powerful and scary Konstantin Kovar.
