Oliver is ready for “The Return” to the island. He and Thea have been sent there by Merlyn to gain the killer instinct he believes they will need in order to take on Ra’s al Ghul. But the brother and sister team have no desire to go down that path, even though Malcolm has released Slade Wilson from his ARGUS prison and he is now targeting Oliver and Thea. In the flashbacks, we see that Oliver returned to Starling City and is forced to do more of Amanda Waller’s bidding, without revealing himself to his family.
